3.1 Confidential Information: Users should not share confidential or sensitive information about themselves or others while using the LMS. This includes personal contact details or financial information in public forums.

3.2 Privacy of Others: Users must respect the privacy of fellow students, instructors, or Elios staff and refrain from sharing others’ personal information without their explicit consent.

Responsible Use of Resources

4.1 Compliance with Policies: Users agree to comply with all policies, terms, and conditions outlined by Elios Management Consulting related to the use of the LMS, including payment policies, refund policies, and intellectual property guidelines.

4.2 System Integrity: Users should refrain from engaging in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functioning of the LMS or other users’ experiences.
