Barclays LifeSkills Programme – Participant Consent

I agree to participate in the Barclays LifeSkills Programme delivered by Barclays LifeSkills Programme. I understand that the programme includes training, placement support and mentoring for up to 11 months after I start employment.

I consent to being contacted by Barclays LifeSkills Programme and/or a third party appointed by Barclays to collect feedback, testimonials, and information related to my participation, employment, and programme outcomes.

Photo and Video: Waiver and Consent

I give permission to Barclays LifeSkills Programme and Barclays including any third party appointed by Barclays to use photographs, videos, and testimonials relating to my participation in the Barclays LifeSkills Programme for internal and external communication, reporting, evaluation, and promotional purposes.

I understand that, to help protect my privacy, any name used in connection with my photograph, video, or testimonial may be changed and that no other personal information or identifiers will be shared without my consent.
