About This Course

The LifeSkills Training Programme is a 48-hour, self-paced online course comprising 12 modules, designed to help students and recent graduates prepare for employment and navigate the transition into professional life.

The programme develops practical skills in professional communication, workplace readiness, financial literacy and cybersecurity awareness. It integrates the 4Cs—Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration and Creativity — to help participants analyse problems, express ideas clearly, work effectively with others and develop thoughtful solutions. Foundational learning in artificial intelligence introduces its workplace applications, with an emphasis on ethics, accuracy, privacy and responsible use.

Through simple explanations, relatable examples, guided activities, case studies and self-assessments, participants build confidence and create useful career resources, including a resume, interview responses, a personal budget and a first-90-days employment plan.
