Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to the refund terms and conditions for courses offered through the Elios Management Consulting Learning Management System (“LMS” or “Platform”). By enrolling in or purchasing a course on the LMS, users agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Paid Courses : Users may request a refund for a paid course within 3 days from the date of purchase if the course content does not meet the user’s expectations or if there are technical issues that prevent access to the course content subject to approval from Elios Compliance Team.

1.2 Unpaid Courses : Courses available at no cost (“free courses”) on the LMS are not eligible for refunds as there is no payment transaction associated with these courses.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refund Requests : To request a refund for a paid course, users must contact Elios Management Consulting’s customer support team at contact@elios.in with clear subject line. The refund request should include the user’s name, email address, course details, and the reason for the refund.

2.2 Approval and Processing : Refunds are subject to approval based on the criteria outlined in section 1.1. Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.3 Refund Amount : The refund amount for a paid course will be the full purchase price paid by the user, unless otherwise stated during the purchase or in specific circumstances outlined in this Policy.

3. Exceptions to Refund Eligibility

3.1 Course Completion : Refunds will not be provided if the user has completed a substantial portion of the course or has already accessed and downloaded course materials.

3.2 Violation of Terms : Users who violate the terms of service, engage in fraudulent behavior, or misuse the LMS may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Modifications and Cancellations

4.1 Course Changes : Elios Management Consulting reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any course offered on the LMS, including changes to course content, instructors, or availability, without prior notice. In such cases, users may be eligible for a full or partial refund at Elios’s discretion.
